Circle of Friends has three exceptional and gifted behavior analysts:

Our highly qualified behavior analyst have more than 60 combined years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis
services to learners with autism and other developmental disabilities.
In addition to being a Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Cindy served as
both the Coordinator for the Circle of Friends Preschool Program and as an Early Intervention Coordinator for the West
Virginia Autism Training Center. Cindy also has two publications to her credit.
Jill received her Bachelor's degree in Special Education in 1999 and her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the
University of North TX in 2004. Jill has been providing behavioral intervention to children with autism in a variety of settings
since 1997. After operating a private practice in Dallas/ Ft. Worth, TX, Jill returned home to WV in 2006 and became the
first Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Southern WV. Jill was named a Generation Next Award winner in 2011 by the State
Journal (West Virginia). Cindy and Jill are founding members of the Mountaineer Autism Project (M.A.P.).
Delayne has been trained in the LEAP preschool educational strategy, the Walden preschool Educational format, and in the
May Institute’s preschool format, all of which are programs that utilize ABA to integrate children with autism with typically
developing peers. As a Fulbright Scholar, Delayne participated in establishing a school for children with autism in Peru.
Delayne is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Both Delayne and Jill hold West Virginia Special Education Teaching Certificates. Together they have teaching
endorsements in Autism, Behavior Disorders, Mental Impairments, and Physical Handicaps.
All three of our behavior analysts have extensive experience training teachers, other professionals, and families to utilize
ABA techniques. They have all presented their work at the local, state, national, and international levels.
